TEMPORARY/SUMMER HELP

General Grounds Work - 6 positions – anticipated 75 days

Day Shift/40 hours per week (specific time assigned upon hire)

$16.00/hr

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist various Journey Maintenance staff
• Complete all work as assigned
• Operate power tools, such as weed whacker, lawn mower, battery powered drills, skill saw, etc.
• Grounds work—sodding, over-seeding, weeding, planting plants, etc.
• Painting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work from ladders and scaffolding
• Must have the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights in excess of 50 pounds
• Cooperative and willing attitude toward helping others
• Must be willing to work as part of a team
