JOB SUMMARY

The job of the Administrative Assistant provides a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties for a specified building. This position reports to the Building Principal.

Must be physically capable of kneeling, bending, standing, and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., if necessary.

The Salary Range for Administrative Assistants is Min $18.67 – Max $18.67 per hour. Substitutes will accrue 1 hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked.  Substitutes who work 630 hours will become benefit eligible for the remainder of the school year.  Standard benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability.
